Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Claralynn Nunamaker

8-week course

Give yourself the experience of learning mindfulness, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and recommended by the NHS for mental wellbeing.
This 8-week secular, structured course is suitable for beginners. In a small group (limited to 8 people), we’ll learn mind- and body-based practices to support you in reducing stress and anxiety, as well as improving your focus, resilience, & sense of calm.

Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 pm,  optional retreat Sat 18 Apr 10 am – 1 pmCost: £180 all inclusive (includes retreat and course materials); this is a supervised course with a 10% discount off the usual price.
