Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Claralynn Nunamaker
The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course is the secular, gold-standard course originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It’s useful for beginners or those with some experience with mindfulness who want to reduce stress in their lives.
In a small group (limited to 8 people), we’ll learn mind- and body-based practices to support you in reducing stress and anxiety, as well as improving your focus, resilience, & sense of calm.

Both the in-person and online courses include an optional ½-day retreat, as well as a certificate of completion.
In-person trainings are currently on hold due to Covid-19 challenges.
An on-line course version of the course is currently being developed.
For those who have completed the 8-week MBSR course, the following options are available. Courses are 3 weeks in length, with online versions currently being developed and beta tested.

Claralynn Nunamaker is a MindfulnessUK-trained mindfulness teacher with a qualification in Integrating Mindfulness & Compassion in Professional Practice and over 20 years’ Buddhist practice. A Counselling Skills member of COSCA, she holds an MA in Buddhist Studies, an SCQF Level 9 certificate in Counselling & Groupwork, and an MS in Natural Resources, Forestry.
