Self Care Saturday For Women’s Wellbeing

Saturday 11th May 10am -1pm

Join us for a morning of tea, tasters and talks on therapies and treatments specifically for women

You’ll have access to our experienced practitioners and their vast knowledge base. Each practitioner offering a free demonstration or talk tailored to women’s health and wellbeing.

Nutritionist Tricia Lowe kicks off our day with a talk on Nutrition, Louise Price will focus on stress and anxiety. Sam James, our amazing plant woman will share about the properties of Colloidal Silver and Acupuncturist Maxine Smillie will run a mini workshop on the Wise Womb- Menstruation, Menopause and beyond.

Singing for the Trees

Friday 8th March 2019, 1pm, Linda Vista Gardens, Abergavenny

To celebrate International Women’s Day and women reclaiming their voices, join us to sing for the trees in Linda Vista Gardens, Abergavenny at 1 pm on March 8.

Song sheets will be available.  Bring drums, rattles etc.

Tea and cake afterwards at Abergavenny Natural Therapy Center.

Mince Pie Morning

Friday 14th December 10 am – 1 pm



Join us for a day taking time to soak up quintessential Abergavenny company and community by noshing on a heavenly festive pie or cake, wash it down with copious cups of tea whilst having a good chat to the person next to you. Catch up with old friends and familiar faces all in the warmth of Abergavenny Natural Therapy Centre.

We’ll be raising money in aid of the Salvation Army’s Christmas appeal and raffling off a gift voucher worth £20 (raffle tickets £1 each available from reception and our website from December 1st).

Drop in any time between 10 am and 1 pm on Friday 14th December for our first ever Mince Pie Morning. We can’t wait!!!
