I have spent many years in the health care sector working with both the NHS and the private sector. Some years ago I determined to leave the mainstream medical model and pursue nutritional medicine as a career. I enrolled with the College of Naturopathic Medicine based in London and spent three years studying before graduating.
Having supported many people with health issues over the years I have seen time after time just how profoundly effective good nutrition can be when addressing complex health issues.
I am registered with The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) which is the benchmark for qualified nutritional professionals.
My goal for you is to support you to eat in a way that is both a pleasure and promotes good health. Additionally, I understand how difficult it is to make diet and lifestyle changes. This is why in practice I will give you expert ongoing help and support on every step of your healing journey. I tailor my recommendations to fit with your budget and dietary & lifestyle preferences. You will get support with what to look for in the supermarket, where best to shop, recipes, sample meal plans and any other practical tips that you may need support with.
