Aromatherapy massage is a gentle, relaxing massage that uses the many properties of organic essential oils to restore balance and wellbeing with a blend tailored to suit your individual needs.

Merging two treatments of aromatherapy and Reflexology into one relaxing session, using massage to the neck, back and shoulders followed by deeply relaxing reflexology points to the feet or hands using uniquely blended organic aromatherapy oils.

Using the gentle and highly esteemed properties of Rose essential oil enjoy delicate massage to the face, décolletage, shoulders and neck to restore skin to look and feel soothed and nourished. Can be combined with Aromatherapy Massage – ask for details.

Designed for soft tissues, musculoskeletal injuries and those experiencing pain. Can enhanced mobility and correct movement that potentially causes injury or limit full function. Effective in those recovering from injury when used to improve or restore performance.

Gentle and effective treatment for all ages. A remedy is given that stimulates the healing response, treating mental, emotional and physical symptoms. Gordon has thirty years’ experience in practicing Homeopathy and is highly recommended.

This is a gentle method of adjusting the bones to improve skeleton alignment. In doing so it enables the nervous system to work more efficiently, relieves pain and discomfort and increases mobility. Free spine check.

The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course is the secular, gold-standard course originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It’s useful for beginners or those with some experience with mindfulness who want to reduce stress in their lives.
