Throughout the year, we offer a series of open mornings and ‘Self care Saturdays’, sharing the best of effective natural therapies.
Our next event is on Saturday 11th May 2019, from 10am – 1pm, where our theme is ‘Women’s Wellness.’
Busy women often neglect their own health, struggling to keep going, juggling so many demands until exhaustion and health issues emerge.
The intention of our event is to offer talks and tasters with our professional, experienced team sharing practical tips and information.

10:30: ‘Benefits of Colloidal Silver’ with plant woman Sam James
11:00: ‘The Wise Womb – Menstruation, Menopause and Beyond’

11:15: ‘Women’s Lives in Context’
